installing kalyway 10.5.1 i get the follwing message, if i start in verbose mode ("-v"):

____________

"MAC Framework successfully initialized

using 6553 buffer headers and 4096 cluster IO buffer headers

ACPI: System State [s0 S3 S4 S5] (S3)

Extension "com.apple.driver.ApplePCIConfigurator" has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi components; use only one"

____________

since this message the my notebook stuck

- if i try "vanilla" my notebook just restarts after loading sometime => so i never reach the install menue

my notebook is a Samsung P35:

>Intel Centrino 1600 MHz

>SSE2

>1.25GB RAM

>ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 120 MB

>80GB HD (empty FAT32)

Where does this installation crash? What to do? ("use only one"?)

Can anyone please help, or advise me another hackintosh version for my notebook?

does really no one knows how to solve this problem..?

i tried kalyway, uphuck and iATKOS .. and everytime the same problem: stuck on loading the graphical installer

*HELP !

maybe, is it possible that a worse dvd+r type could be the reason or anything else stupied like this?

if not.. i suspect SSE2 would be the most likely problem, right?

Well, I have the same problem. My laptop's hardware is similar like you, here is my spec.:

Model: ASUS A3G

Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.70 GHz (Supports Centrino technology), MMX, SSE and SSE2

Memory: 256MB

Graphics Card: ATI RADEON MOBILITY 9600/9700 Series

HD: IBM 60 GB, 4 partition, for details, see here:

Partition 1 (Hidden): UNABLE TO USE! This partition is for recovery use. The manufacturer creates it. It will recover my Win XP.

Partition 2: Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005

Partition 3: Data disk, store my files

Partition 4 (Active): Mac OS X x86 10.4.11

I want to install Leopard on partition 4. Replace Tiger, but my leopard version is not kalyway 10.5.1 version. Mine is ToH version (ToH_x86_9A581_RC2.iso). Of course, I was stuck at here: MAC Framework successfully initialized (like you). After this line, because our hardware is different, so the next line mine is: Using 1310 buffer headers and 1310 cluster IO buffer headers. Then, my laptop CRASHED! It seems like both of us have ACPI problem because the installer said"com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi components use only one style" (In command mode, not GUI mode). Also, I disabled all hardwares on my laptop. Only HD, CD/DVD drives, keyboard, touch pad can be used. Clinically proven, NONE OF THEM WORKS! Anyway, now I found some references, I hope they work.

Did you try to install Leopard on another computer? Or you can burn the disc again (Maybe the disc you tried to install is damaged). If these methods don't work, you may want to try another Leopard image, see here: http://inihilist.wordpress.com/2008/01/07/...and-fool-proof/

Good luck! I'm still trying to install Leopard, too.
