mcdonnr Posted February 1, 2008 Share Posted February 1, 2008 So, bit of an issue. I'm installing the Kalyway distro on an XPS M140. The DVD boots just passed the white Apple loading screen, then hangs at the blue screen. No mouse, no input of any kind. I believe that once it's done installing, everything should work... 2805 Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 Try typing the following after pressing F8: cpus=1 -v -x -F It usually gets past the blue screen freeze about every 3rd try!
