ManuPape.de Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 Hey Ho! I'm from germany, so sorry for my Englisch. I installed the Kalyway Mac OS X 10.5.1 on my external 160GB harddisk. My laptop boots it without problems but my desktop-PC doesn't. There's the black "Loading Darwin" screen, but in the moment the screen turns into the grey boot screen with the apple-logo the pc restarts and the ensemble goes on for a new try. This is my Hardware: Desktop-PC: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 9,60Ghz 4GB DDR2 Ram 800Mhz Nvidia GeForce 8600GT 512MB Asus P5N-E SLI Mainboard Samsung 500GB Sata HDD Laptop: Asus A6JA A6000 Series Intel Core Duo T2300 3,32Ghz 1GB DDR2 Ram 667Mhz ATI Radeon X1600 512MB Samsung 160GB IDE HDD I installed the Nvidia Graphic Drivers and the Vanilla Kernel.
