TellarHK
I'm currently running Leopard on an ASUS Formula Maximus SE motherboard using a Core2Duo 6420, 3 gigs of RAM, an nVidia 8800GTS/640M and have had great luck so far with only a couple of exceptions. The chipset this board is based on is Intel's "X38" platform, which uses DDR2 RAM on a high-end chipset. USB, Firewire, and the included ASUS HD Audio (Azalia HD 1988B) works perfectly with the use of the drivers included with the Kalyway installer. As for problems. First and foremost, my network seems to drop dead until a reboot at random intervals much like other people have reported. I'll be chugging along just fine, and then all of a sudden the network just stops responding. This is with a onboard dual Marvell 88E8056 gigabit LAN adapters. Secondly, video performance seems appropriately fast, though I've noticed that after using NVInject for my 8800GTS/640M, it only shows 256M of video RAM in System Profiler. No problems with Time Machine, CS3 or any other application I've tested yet. I've installed all the updates except for 2007-009.
