r00ter
It could be your install DVD... I've had some troubles installing Tiger and booting the installer. I've noticed that panic before, but more importantly - the missing file errors above it. Try reburning the DVD or getting a whole other ISO. NinjaKai
Thanks guys! I tried booting without -v, got to the grey apple screen and hoped that I had somehow gotten past the worst of it. Sadly it soon panic'd again and I'm still at the same spot. I'll try reburning the iso. I'm using KALYWAY_LEO_10.5.1intel_SSE3_SSE3. Is there another version that might work better? I'll update if there are any changes. Edit: I'm at the language selection screen. installing with cpus=1 solved the issue, whatever the issue was!
