blackfrancis75
Hi, I've installed BrazilMac Leopard and the Patch files. I'm at the step of trying to activate and make the Leopard partition bootable. However, when I go into Terminal from the installer and issue the command: ./startupfiletool -v /dev/rdisk0s4 /usr/standalone/i386/boot I get the error message: "Unrecognised filesystem" and I am stuck with the HFS+ Filesystem Error message at boot. Can someone help me fix this?
r00ter
Blackfrancis75, Are you in the patch directory at the time of running that command? Also, make sure you check your rdisk settings, make sure it is rdisk0s4. You have 4 partitions on that drive? Make sure that is not in error. blackfrancis75
thanks for replying!~ yeah, I'm running from the Patcher (USB Drive) folder. I tried to copy startupfiletool off the USB drive onto the Leopard partition, but I got the error: cp:./startupfiletool Read-only file system
