Metrogirl
Excellent, Ben! And thanks! It's nice to see a success story for a change, lots of folks just go quiet when they get stuff to work. And it gives a nice clear message to everyone else - note Ben's success, do as he did and read the Wiki, follow the guides and then if you are really stuck, you can come back and post a plea for help. Good luck with 10.4.3 - despite what you might read here, that has worked for most people too. Ben Eyre
ok the soloution was simple, drag itunes to the trash can, empty it, re insert the (install dvd) hit option file.pkg, and just select itunes, and let it do its business, then you get Itunes 4.8 back on it, tho i am not exp any of these jitters people keep bleating on about? prehaps its there install, or system or lack of ram, i have 2gb of ram and only have 1.25gb free, as its useing 720mb of ram....so ppl with only 1gb of ram, its probley you aint got enough ram to run it..... but thats just my observations Ben Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/8359-greeting-from-osx86-native/#findComment-51874 Share on other sites
