tktquaker Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 Hi i managed to install iatkos. did the darwin boot installed without network drivers so i can get past the "transfer information" part and im able to make the account. Then when reboot i cant log on... it just freeze. i only can logon in safe boot (-x) I managed to install my ethernet so i have internet in safe boot. Graphics looks great, i even have dual display. Not sound tho.... even when i could hear the welcome video (im thinking the no sound is for safe boot) I installed the file here http://forum.osx86scene.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2554 for the problems with _CFGetHostUUIDString: unable to determine UUID for host. Error: 35 But now i dont know what else i can do to make this thing work. any help will be VERY appreaciated since this is my 2nd day stuck with this. i have made several installs of the Leopard an in all i have the same problem. i even installed the patch for iatkos1.0v2 My notebook is a hp pavilion 25xx Please help!!!!
