Hey, New to the forum here but i would like to say i am having the same problem with osx chain boot says the samething just the difference is i d/l the VMWare for tiger-x86-flat.img and not the patched iso and i followed uneasysilence.com way of mounting it to my second partition and i cant get it to boot using boot.ini because of the chain boot error.....ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!! I hope somebody has found out how to fix this... Oh! my boot.ini file reads [boot loader] timeout=30 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP Media Center Edition" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect C:\chain0="Mac OS X" -------------------- I added the chain code and the file is in my c:\ directory so i dont know problem!!!!
