elenore19
Alright, first off. I'm looking into a Macbook Pro. I've decided that much, just which one is the problem. I'll be using the computer to record music and play games. My problem is price. Is it worth $450/$500 to get these 2.4Ghz Core 2 Duo 256mb NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics instead of 2.2GHz Core 2 Duo 128mb NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics I need to be able to run these games well. Not at full graphics by any means, just be able to run them, at some setting, without lag. Call of Duty: United Offensive Warcraft III Unreal Tournament 2004 Counter-Strike: Source Quake III They are all pretty old games, so I think that the 128 mb graphics card will work, but will it?? Does anyone have any experience with gaming on these computers? Thanks a bunch. I would be using windows via bootcamp for the gaming. Right now my computer which has integrated graphics runs all of those games except Call of Duty. So do you think that 128 wouldn't work with Call of Duty? I really don't play many other games than those, if any.
