Mac 10.4.8 on VMware (vmware won't boot my virtual drive..)

Ok.. i followed PcWhiz guide on installing Mac OS X 10.4.8 and through changing the .vmk file in notepad got it to recognise my mounted image on drive G: (PowerISO) however each time it comes up with a message saying it could not boot the CD and recognise the CD... i don't know why and i followed the guide exactly.Thanks..Here's a screenshot of it.VMware_won_t_load.bmpuhh.. well i tried to mount with Virtual Clone Drive and VMware now recognises it however now it comes up with this message...error_msg.bmp
