Ok... i downloaded the file Mac OS X 10.4.8 (JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2).iso so its around 4.5GB but when i open it in PowerISO or Daemon Tools i only get about 8 files that add up to 120kb. The files are completely useless and don't do anything. I don't understand what went wrong.

(I downloaded quite a few versions and this happens)

Thanks

That's because Windows doesn't recognise the OS X filesystem. I think PowerISO can see the complete list of files but I'm not sure how you do it - I've been XP free for 18 months! Burn the ISO to DVD (using the slowest speed possible), then use it to boot your machine.

Good luck.

If you can't see the image then look at this one (better quality)Mac_10.4.8_ISO_Image.bmpthanks but the problem is that i don't have a large enough DVD and so I just want to run it on VMware. However i can't see all the files. I researched a bit and found Mac Drive 7.0 but that doesn't solve it either. And then how could i actually make Windows recognise the Mac filesystem.
