Hello

Sorry if there's some english mistakes in this post, it's not my native language. (Hoping you'll understand what I mean ;) )

I just finish my Leopard installation.

When I boot, I can see the login screen and choose my user account or the root one.

So I select my user account and enter my password. The session is loading, display the wallpaper and the dock during few seconds (about 5 sec).

But it crashes: black screen with a cursor block during 2 or 3 seconds, then I'm back to the login screen, and nothing responding anymore. :(

I though I succeed each problems:

- HD is bootable

- I deleted NV*.kext and Ge*.kext to avoid the kernel panic.

- On first start, I was halted to the account creation (I don't have any Tiger infos to migrate). So I started in single-user mode, to provide a password to the root account.

- Still in single-user mode, I create a new user account (thanks to the dscl commands and this tutorial).

I surely forget something, but I don't know what... I don't understand what this black screen is due to.

Thanks in advance to those who would have any idea, or (why not) a solution!

My config:

MoBo: GA-M55plus-S3G

Proc: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (AM2)

chipset nVidia 430

GC: GeForce 7300 GS PCIe (onboard disabled: GeForce 6100)

Mem: 1.5 Go DDR2

HD IDE 10Go
