Best Hardware for Dell m1330

What Hardware would be the best on the m1330?

 

First of all, I really read through the board the last days. Now I wanted to make a short actual summary about the m1330.

I hope you all understand my English.

 

 

 

 

Supported

Graphics: 8400m GS working

 

Because the WLAN doesn't work I will take a Dell Wireless 1490 or a 1390. (There isn't really a difference between them)

So this should work too.

At least we can login, perhaps ist will also work in applications like Opera.

 

DVD, touchpad, keyboard - working

 

Now some components aren't working (properly).

Sound comes only out of the headphone. I hope this is possible to fix. What do you think?

Something about Vanilla-Kernel and Updates

Should I be able to update the Vanilla Kernel when it comes out or do I have to wait until the update is patched? If so how long will this approximately take.
