dashaund Posted January 15, 2008 Share Posted January 15, 2008 Hey guys! My hackintosh is working fantastic...VERY fast...faster than XP! Anyways, everything is working great except for two things: the screen saver and power management. I have the screen saver set to "Never" but it still comes on after 10 minutes. Which isn't a huge deal, but has me puzzled. Also, occasionally my display will sleep even thought I have it set to never, and when I try to wake it up (ESC key) it doesn't come back on. Only way to get my system working is to turn the computer off and back on. I've got an ATI x1650 Pro 512mb video card. Any ideas? Think deleting the Power Management kext would fix it, even though I'm running EFI? I've got 10.5.1 and am using IAKTOS v1.0i. Thanks guys!
