afeagle Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 Hi, I'm running a Dell Latitude D800 laptop with Kalyway 10.5.1 installed (SSE2 w/ MBR EFI). When I boot from AC power I dont have any problem, but when I boot from battery it boots into OSX but finder freezes. I get the rainbow pinwheel that doesn't go away and I have to hard shutdown the computer. If I boot with AC power, then take out the plug and run on battery, it works. It just won't boot correctly from battery. Right now I'm running the Kalyway powermanagement bundle, but I've tried the battery-fix ones that have been posted on the forum without any improvement. Anyone have any ideas? Specs: Pentium M 1.7Ghz Nvidia Geforce FX Go5200 512mb ram 40gb ide hdd I can post the system log if it helps... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
