webterractive
I was wondering is there a way to change the model identifyer on OS X 10.5? I know it has something to do with the AppleSMBIOS.kext. When I tried this OSx86 thing with Tiger I noticed that after installing the system using the JaS DVD the model ID was "ADP, Apple Development Platform", and after updating to 10.4.10 the system was just Mac. On Leopard it shows "To be filled by O.E.M", is there a way to fix this? It doesn't bother me at all I mean I don't always look at the System Profiler, but it would be nice change it.
