Hey everyone. I have 10.4.3 installed and running as we speak. Problem I'm having is I have no sound. I was wondering if I could get some suggutions/help. I have a Dell 4600. The sound card is integrated. In windows its called a SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio. My main board is a intel i865P/PE/G/i848P according to cpu-z.

Help?

Also on a side note: I'm trying to follow the dual boot guide here:

I've created the chain0 option bit, added the line to my boot.ini. When I boot up the PC it just rolls right into windows. Doesnt ever ask me anything. I have osx on a tottaly different drive on a 2nd partition on that drive. Do i have to have a different option bit? (forgive me if i sound like a moron, i've not done my own bootloader stuff before). In the mean time i've been using acronis's bootloader.

I've found that windows resides on HD 2,0 and OSx on HD 0,1. I know that must sound odd but its beacause HD2,0 is m SATA drive which is detected last. HD0,1 is my ATA master drive (though no OS is on it besides Osx).

What I want to do is figure out how using a option bit or something like wingrub/grub/BSD bootloader to create the dual boot setup.

Someone help me out ?
