mroarsome Posted January 8, 2008 Share Posted January 8, 2008 Hey I am trying to install Leopard on my Compaq Presario v5000 using the "9a581-patch". I have managed to make my own image - which could actually be the problem. I live in the land of Slow, Capped Internet downloads and am pretty much unable to download the prepatched DVD's. Anyway, back on topic, I have loaded up the install CD, got to the point where it finishes installing, when I load it up the next time to apply the Post Patch, I cannot access my USB drive. It is formatted in "Mac OS Extended" format and comes up fine on my iMac. Does this mean Leopard doesnt reconise my USB ports or am I just missing something obvious like mounting the USB drive?
