Laptop Discrete Display Cards that work: internal LCD and external extended monitor

Hi all,

 

I am contemplating to upgrade my laptop's PCIe display card...

I want to know what laptop display card(s) out there can work with OSX86 with internal LCD and extended external display (VGA) AT THE SAME TIME

 

I'm now having ATI Mobility Radeon X1300, just internal LCD works, but extended external widescreen LCD display is not recognized (and mirrored the internal LCD incompletely), and I cannot change resolution

 

(Of course, I hope eventually ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 will be supported before I get another PCIe display card)

But please suggest, and report which laptop display card I should be look at / trying to get
