Lost second display after configuration of sound

Hey, I got a little newly developed problem.

 

I am running Kalyway 10.5.1. I have a GA-P35-DS3L, C2D 6550, 2Gig DDR-2 and a Nvidia (ick!!!!!) 8600 GT 256mb PCI-e vid card. I have installed the virginizer patch for Kalyway and the 10.5.2_NVKexts+.pkg. Everything had been working fine. And today, I finally decided to add sound to my system. I followed some guide here: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=79891. As I had everything else setup previously I went straight to the sound area. After the reboot I came up one monitor short. I then tried to re-install the NVKexts.pkg to no avail. Has anyone else ran into this? Any suggestions? Ideas?
