Dead Snake Posted January 6, 2008 Share Posted January 6, 2008 hi guys...I just got my hackintosh running for few days and installed macvidia the default settings before I installed it were only 1024x768, after I used macvidia, there were more option.. but stupid me...accidentally I clicked on the resolution beyond my monitors capability... so what happened next? yes...out of frequency FYI, my monitor is a 15" LG..quite old but can still be used to work... so daoes anybody here know how to repair this?maybe there's some command I can type on the boot screen to change the settings.. anyway thx for reading. if you read this..don't do the same thing I did... oh stupid me..... Dead Snake Posted January 6, 2008 Author Share Posted January 6, 2008 oh..thx... but it's already solved wanna know how? since I was using 15" monitor which I assume doesn't support the resolution, I plugged my PC to 17" monitor..it worked......and I put it back to 1024...
