EFI 5 Help

So I am trying to install PC Efi 5 onto my Pentium D. I have leopard installed and tried to apply EFI and it comes back (at boot) with the following text, then reboots;

EFI Enhanced Bootloader build (Can't Read From My Photo)

Using SMBIOS table found at (Can't Read From My Photo some Hex data)

Using ACPI RSDP revision 0 found at (Can't Read From My Photo some Hex data)

Starting Darwin/X86

 

Can still hit the F8 key and boot the backup of the patched kernel.

 

Again, PC EFI 5.
