wolfi Posted January 5, 2008 Share Posted January 5, 2008 Hi, I've got a question related the SATA Ports of the Gigabyte GA P35-DS3 when Installing 10.4.8 (JaS). Wich SATA Ports work (orange or purple)? Where to connect the HD and where to connect the DVD? If i connect the HD to the purple (Onboard Gigabyte SATA) port 0 the hd tool of OS X Install won't recognize the HD correctly. If the HD is connected to the first yellow (Intel SATA) port I can Install but after reboot OS X won't boot from HD (didn't find boot.plist). The BIOS settings should be correct: Intel SATA AHCI and Native Mode Enabled Onboard SATA AHCI (but won't find HD correct under HD Tool OS X) Please Help.
