problem overclocking 945gcmx-s2 iatkos

Hi to all,

 

my system

 

core 2 duo 6400

gigabyte 945gcmx-s2

sata 500 gb samsung hdd

 

 

i installed iatkos v 1.0. leopard 10.5.1, all works.

 

but just when i tried to enable die motherboard included overcloking tool in bios, the system freezes at the grey apple boot screen, followed by a stop sign.

 

if i turn the fsb increasement off, it will boot correctly.

 

the strange thing is, if i install mac os on a IDE drive it shows no strange behaviour, boot up well und runs smooth.

 

so why infects the SATA drive the boot up process of my system when the overclocking is activated?
