h0ffman Posted January 4, 2008 Share Posted January 4, 2008 Hi All I've just installed Uphuck v1.3 on an external USB hard drive, once it was done, i selected to boot from the USB drive, Darwin boot loader appears and displayed "hdd (0,1) OSX86" however it does not get past this. The prompt flashes, i can eneter -v but the screen just flashes and comes back. I read on here that it can be a problem with the partition not being set as active, however I have made sure the partition is active using the fdisk command in the terminal.
