Possible to use Patched Install disc on Real MAc?

I have an old mac book pro (pre intel processor)... 1.5ghz 512mb ram. Can i use the Jas Intel/amd patched disc to install tiger on it? I obviously woulnt select any intel options. thanks

Why would you want to? :P And the short answer is no....

And to be pedantic : it's a powerbook G4, not macbook pro :D

i would want to because i have not versions of tiger at this moment, no retail anyway.

 

and as for calling it a macbook pro... i have no clue nor do i care.. I dont use macs.. my opinion on them is they look sweet, i would be happy if i got to keep this powerbook... but its just not the os of choice for me.

Well, since you managed to dl the OSx86, I'm sure you are aware that the "real" Tiger DVDs can be found at the same spot...
