TokinDerrick Posted January 28, 2006 Share Posted January 28, 2006 so I have a compaq presario (SR1151NX to be exact) and I've got a disc of 10.4.3 and I've added the ppf patch or whatever its called. and I tried to install it, everything goes fine until it asks me which harddrive to install it on, and theres nothing there? I'm not trying to break any rules or anything here, but I was going by a guide I got here. the only steps I did was get the .dmg file, convert it to .iso, add the patch and tried to boot from it. I do not have an A: to do a diskette from. I'm thinking I just need ot change the format of my drive, but do not know how.
