I'm on an MSI P4 MB

Sadly, booting this machine, using the recent Kalyway 10.5.1 Installer Disk, "Loading Darwin" spins around on the black command prompt screen for about 3 minutes, then restarts the computer. This is a cycle.

I've burned a new DVD of the KALYWAY_LEO_10.5.1intel ISO on a different burner, I've "Dumbed down" the Bios on the machine, killing all i/o except IDE, disabling hyper threading, and I still can't boot this machine off the Kalyway DVD.

Loading in -v mode, I can watch all of the drivers / system files load, then - about 2 minutes in, the computer restarts.

The JaS 10.4.7 DVD will boot, Disk Utility works, And it'll install, but loading the OS 1st time boot attempt after succesfull instal, gives a red circle with a line through it, under the grey apple.

Any thoughts ? This MB just not compat ?
