evol262 Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 It seems that no matter what (GUID vs. MBR, Vanilla vs. Patched) I'm getting errors installing. The installer comes up normally without any kernel panics or oddities, just that when I start installing, it consistently fails on installing the "Essentials" package. No amount of screwing around in the Customize pane is helping, and I've tried a couple DVDs (all pass the verification before install). Any ideas?
