I got the KALYWAY to sucessfully install on my Compaq C714NR and I did everthing that the Wiki listed;

"Format/unmount target drive -> Run script from "I_am me" with target drives changed-> install brazilmac leopard DVD-> Del: AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext & AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext (messes with x3100) & AppleEFIRuntime.kext (can freeze you at spinning apple logo)-> copy dsmos.kext (newest one not from PC-EFI 5.1), & ACPIPS2Nub.kext, Natit.kext over and chmod/chown them all and delete extensions.mkext and finally repair permissions."

I'm not sure if all of it was necessary being that I did used the KALYWAY 10.5.1 DVD to install. I'm worried that deleting the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext will cause my laptop to get too hot. Is it alright to put that back on or is there a way to somehow get speed step working?
