mant3ra Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 on start here is my confit Core2Duo e6600 2.4 (overclocked on 3.24gHZ) Gigabyte p965-DS4 rev. 3.3 *BIOS VER 10 Last one 2 x 1gb HyperX DDR2 900mhz 5.5.5.12 Gigabyte gForce 8800GTS 320mb (in Win overclocked using RivaTuner on 640/1820) 2x250GB SATA2 + 80GB (Mac installed on this drive) ATA Hdd 550 Thermaltake TR2 Powersuply Samsung 226BW 22'' Monitor +PCI TV Card see below on 3rd question for more info Ok today for 1st tame i have managed to install Kalyway MAC, All kinda working good. But i have few questions. 1st. I have sound on my Mac pc but i can only use headphones couse i dont have-or cant find conntrol panel to adjuct my speakrs couse im using 5:1 speaker system so is there anybody know how to fix this - i have realtek sound system see my config on top! 2nd. Since i have Vista on my pc on other hard how can i make to menu to select which os to boot instead using F12 on keybord when booting. I have downloaded EasyBCD and added mac x86 and set that my defeult system is vista, but when it come to select OS when i select Mac nothing heapens pc just restrts so i need to use F12 till i manage to fix that. 3rd I have TV Card on my pc PCTV TV Tuner ITV-300 ( chipset is Conexant Bt 878 TV Card) http://www.itemstech.com.tw/products/itv-300.asp is there any driver for this card or this chipset ? couse i cant work when its silence around me 4th Can u tell me best alternativ for some programs for mac: Winamp on win ----- i gess im gona use iTunes on mac K lite mega codec pack on win ------ on mac ??????? notepad++ on win ------- on mac ???????? Acdsee on win -------- on mac ????????? CyberLink PowerDVD on win ------ on mac ??????? BSPlayer PRO on win -------- on mac ?????????? Alcohol 120% on win ----------- on mac ?????????? Some tool for mac like Everst is for win couse i cant figureout which components are installed on my pc or what temerapuse of my hardware is. RivaTuner for pc -------- for mac ????????? NeroBurningRoom for pc ------------- for mac ???????????? 5th few days ago i viweed on youtube one video when one dude was useing windows aplications without BootCamp he even used windowsinstaller to install somt programs inside mac. So did i get it right, is it posible to use appz from win in mac without using BootCamp to boot Win OS's. 6th Since i have 2 x 250GB HDD's i have 3 partition in each hard drive. But when i open it on mac i only see two partitions on 1st drive but on secont hard drive i see 2 partition too but one of them is empty.
