The HDA patcher worked fine for my E1505, which uses the 9200 as well. You just need the proper codec dump, this one worked for me: Sigmatel9200.txt Dual core does not work for me as well, just boot with -v cpus=1 and there is no need to disable dual core in the bios. I'd also recommend you try the new kalyway release.
