Update to 10.4.3 - How to. Please!

Hi gurus, please, help a really newbie to upgrade it step by step guide.

 

I have a macox86 10.4.1 installed in my machine (see below) and i got the new macosx_10.4.3_8f1111.

How can i do this upgrade?
