Image Hosting Script

hey everyone, I've currently been modifying 2 scripts and basically combining them in order to make a simple usable image uploading tool (for personal use).

Any suggestions as far as design goes, please let me know howto improve it.

I'm just doing this to pass the time.

It's based off "easy image uploader" and "imageshack clone"
