lolske Posted December 25, 2007 Share Posted December 25, 2007 hi im am a total noob to this. im sitting next to my computer after trying to install osx. im just getting a screen with an apple logo. everything is spinning normally. no errors. just that loading sign has been spinning for 15mins. is this normal? how do i get past this? im sorry im real noob lol. the dvd drive doesn't seem to be reading the dvd at this time? Geeze Posted December 25, 2007 Share Posted December 25, 2007 Go to your profile here and add your system specs to your signature so people can see what your setup is. For example put your Processor, motherboard model, laptop model, if your hard drive are IDE, SATA, etc. Check out others sigs and you will see. That makes it much easier for people to help you. That could be a no-go, or at the least harder to do. You will have to do some research on that. You can install iAtkos without EFI using a hacked kernel, I believe. Sorry I could be more help.
