Update from 10.4.6 to to 10.4.8 Or 10.4.9

I have 10.4.6 and everything works; except some apps that have problems with my sse3 extensions in my kernel because my cpu only supports SSE2. I upgraded my system using the apple combo. I got the latest SSE2 kernel. I replaced the following kexts. AppleACPIPlatform.kext, Appleapic.kext, applesmbios.kext, ioacpifamily.kext, and ioatafamily.kext. I can boot to a command prompt with -s but if I run sh /etc/rc or but up in multiuser I get the following error on my Inspiron 5100:

 

Kernel Panic "Unresolved kernel trap (CPU 0, Type 14=page fault)"

 

 

I have removed the AppleIntelCpu*.kext file. So the error does not have to do with that.

ps I read that semtex 8.8.1 kernel will fix this. Would anyone mind to send a copy to me?
