hi,

I'm trying to install Leopard-AMD-10.5.1.iso on my AMD +5200. I've got an Asus M2V Mobo, 1 GB RAM and a SATA2 HD 320GB.

I've left a partition especially for MAC labeled: unallocated. I've read on a guide, thats what im suppose to do, so i did. But when im in the MAC OS X installer and click continue it gives me a prompt of: Select a Destination; Where do you want to install Mac OS X? and theres nothing there.

I've had linux on before with ext3, it didnt list the HD then eather.

I've went into the terminal and had a look into fdisk. There is: rdisk0, rdisk0s1, rdisk0s3, rdisk1, rdisk2, rdisk3, rdisk4. All of them seem to have 4 entries of nothing inside of them. erm....... i donno what to do....

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks alot!!

Thats the thing, it dont list it.

I did install an 40GB IDE HD that i've had from some time and it showed up. Meaning it dont like my SATA2 HD.

I'll try and install it on the IDE for the time being but would it be possible to patch it so it WOULD get recognised(SATA2)?
