Geeze Posted December 19, 2007 Share Posted December 19, 2007 I am trying to venture into the leopard realm and I am stuck. I have partitioned my hard drive on my laptop with 2 partitions with GUID. One partion is for tiger, and the second will be leopard. I installed Uphuck v1.3. and then attempted to install pc efi v8. Now when I reboot, I get as far the menu which allows me to pick which partition to boot from. When I pick the partition, it does nothing. My plan is to get this up and running, then install pc efi v8 on the second partion and install from a retail DVD as mentioned here: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=76404 I had pc efi v5, but that was using MBR. I want to use GUID, so I can erase my tiger partiion and rezise my leopard partition to use the entire disk, or as much of it as possible. Thanks for the help.
