Paralex
Alright it's been a WHILE since I did osx86. I do have an iMac and I did upgrade to Leopard (I bought a copy). I did search around, but to be honest I have no idea where to start. I just recently bought a HP dv6000 series laptop for travel purposes. But, I'm so addicted to Leopard and used to working on OS X. My question is, is there anyway I can patch my retail DL DVD or the SL DVD that I have downloaded? I was searching for a while and lurking around, but I just didn't know where to start so if someone is kind enough to get me on the right track, it would be greatly appreciated. Here's my specs: HP Pavilion dv6439nr NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 graphics AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core TK-53 (512KB L2 Cache) 160GB 5400RPM (SATA) HD 2GB DDR2 Memory (2x 1024MB) 802.11b/g Broadcom Integrated Wireless --- I also have another problem, I have a collection of old patched Tiger DVDs. The most recent Tiger one I have is the JaS 10.4.6 from ~Spring 2006. I popped the DVD in and tried to install but when I go to Disk Utilities it seems that it doesn't recognize my hard drive (my guess is probably because it's a SATA drive.) Is there a fix or work-around for that? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/76655-leopard-on-amd/ Share on other sites
