KlyX
Hi at all Some HP users have the problem, that they can't use their audio, because the mute button is alwasy on. For me it's some strange thing: audio is working, I can enable sound (And it's working), but after one or two minutes leopard does an auto-mute, whatever I do, it automutes. That's not nice. I'm using the azalia driver from the uphuck 10.4.9 release. Are there any workarounds? or should I use another driver? I'm using a HP Compaq 6710b with a GMA 950 chipset. Chaplan
I'm using ideneb v1.3 (Leopard 10.5.5) and i had the same problem. I have found a solution, i had to remove the batery status kext. Power management seems to turn of my audio whenever it is not being used. But it turns it on if i make a music play on itunes, or message comes on on messenger.... etc. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/76420-leopard-does-click-my-mute-button-itself/#findComment-997214 Share on other sites
