a8ne Posted January 24, 2006 Share Posted January 24, 2006 Reinstalling 8f1111 with JaS patch and not installing the Maxxuss tuning package improved my xbench from mid 30s to low 80s. User interface test went up from 10 or 11 to 116. I would recommend avoiding the Maxxuss Tuning Package v1.1 unless you're running OSx86 on VMWare or some ancient hardware. My display results were almost the same with a 6600GT or the X300SE that I bought because it supports CI and Quartz.
