Imperil Posted December 12, 2007 Share Posted December 12, 2007 I was wondering if it would be possible to use an 8800GTS 640 in a Mac Pro if you installed the correct drivers that you would use on a hackintosh install? Right now that is one of the only things holding me back from buying one, the fact that they only have old cards from 2 years ago and I want to use a high end current card. I will likely wait until January to see if they update the MacPro with 8800s, but since I have an extra one here I'd rather just buy one and pull out the 7300 and put this card in. Thanks.
