can't drag?

i use the Kalyway Leopard 9a527 and i must say it's working perfectly (no hardware problem, just the audio input). now my problem is i can't drag files, meaning i can't put applications on the dock, i can't drag applications out of the dock, i can't install application cause i can't drag it to application folder, and i don't have the spotlight shortcut on taskbar (windows term i know).

 

i read somewhere that i have to log in as admin, but i check on the accounts and im admin.

any ideas?

EDIT:

 

ok i just realize, i can't even copy paste texts. i can't browse my other HDD easily. i have to go to Disk Utility and click the mount point.

Perhaps moving up to the final gm will help. Serious permission issues going on here, and you are using a beta, not a good combo, start fresh my friend.
