moto_noob
i've been running on 10.4.10 with 8.9.1 kernel and everything has been fine. but now i just upgraded to a new video card, a BFG 7300gt. i've been reading that you need to flash the rom, but i see macvidia installer for XFX. Installing the new kernel might solve the problem. but my comp has only SSE2. is there a new patched/universal kernel with SSE2 support? Synaesthesia
You only need to flash the ROM if it is a 512mb card. If it's a 256mb card, use titan/natit or nvinject. Don't bother with macvidia. There is a universal SSE2 kernel. Just go to irc.osx86.hu with a chat/irc program, and go to the room #1049, where there will be a link to the kernel.
