jSterMister
So I have no idea what the problem seems to be. It seems as though when my ethernet is plugged into my realtek 1839 Onboard it will freeze only when I use the net. Ex. When I do any kind of updating, or open safari/firefox, or try to login with ichat, do anything that requires the internet it will freeze from 1-4 seconds from then. When I have it unplugged it runs excellent for hours, no problems at all. So I thought it was my card, maybe the Realtek dosn't work with 10.5, so I went to walmart and bought a $15 Ethernet Card "Fast Network 10/100" that one wasn't even getting an IP in OSX. it wouldn't even work right in XP, so I took that back. I tried running in -legacy, that was no help either. If anyone could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated. I was running toH's RC2 SSE2/SSE3 release.
