Mythen
Hello, i have installed ToH Leopard 10.5.1 on my PC. The installation was no problem. After installing I got a kernel panic after reboot. If I boot with the options "-v -x -f cpu=1" there are no problems. But now I get a screen "Before you begin... there ist no keyboard connected tor your computer". I use a USB Mouse (it works) and a PS/2 Keyboard. Is there any solution for this problem? I don't want to buy a new USB Keyboard :-( :-) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/75459-keyboard-problem/ Share on other sites
beeboo
Look here. Go to "Keyboard & Trackpad don't work" and try "Repair Permissions" or "Kext Unload/Load". Anyway you'll need a usb keyboard to fix that! bye Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/75459-keyboard-problem/#findComment-533049 Share on other sites

JuanDiego
Follow this thread http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=72710 I had the same problem. You don't have to buy a new keyboard in order to fix that problem. Just run the installer->terminal and replace the kext that you need. Repair permissions. I deleted extensions.kext too and reboot. It worked for me Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/75459-keyboard-problem/#findComment-533363 Share on other sites
