spdif output cable for gigabyte 945GCMX

Hi,

 

The thing is i´d like to connect my pc to a home cinema. To do this i have to plug first a spdif output cable like this

and i have two questions:

 

will it be recognized by leo as a spdif output?

 

and if so, this is very important:

 

Here, in Spain it is impossible to get this bracket, Can someone recommend me a online shot where i can ge it?
