hifidigital
Help! I was successfully using a Dell 4700 for a few months with Tiger. I got this crazy idea to hook up a firewire card and do some video work. After installing the card my ethernet stopped working. I've since removed the card, but still no ethernet love. ifconfig lists en2, but shows it as inactive. I tried sudo ifconfig en2 up, but that won't get it to be active. What can I do to get this interface working again? hifidigital
Does anyone think adding a new compatible NIC would be a good idea? If so, can anyone recommend a good PCI brand/model that I can get locally (compusa, best buy, circuit city)?
