Initial startup error

Hello,

I'm new to running OSX on a PC and have been trying to install Leopard as a second operating system. The initial installation works fine, however when I first load into Leopard, I've been having some problems.

The welcome screen loads, I'm then asked to select the Language, followed by the keyboard setup and then I'm asked whether or not I want to transfer files from another Mac or not. I choose to skip this step, the last option, and this is when the problem occurs. After a minute or so, this whole process repeats itself, starting again at the welcome screen.

If anyone could offer any suggestions that'd be great.

I'm also looking to find a boot manager as I'm unable to get into windows at the moment (on a friends internet at the moment)

Thanks,

James
